"I was very disappointed. Dave Mason and his band, opening for him, were absolutely awesome. Todd Rundgren complained about having a frog in his throat, made excuses about his injured foot, and said he wasn't feeling that great. He sang a song about making a 19-year-old feel good, basically describing sex with this teenager - I couldn't believe it, and neither could my friends, who were disgusted. He then claimed he didn't write the lyrics. I've seen Todd Rundgren about 25 times in Austin, Texas, back when he used to play at Antones. Now I am 50 years old, and he just wasn't the same. I guess none of us are. I bought tickets to go to the Orpheum in Minneapolis, MN for his show with B.B. King. I am flying in, staying downtown, and taking 2 friends. I bought these tickets before I saw this show at the Genesee Theatre. I hope he does well and gives it his best, without singing raunchy songs like the one about the 19-year-old girl. PLEASE Todd Rundgren, you can do so much better than that, and I know it!!!"
